DomNeed.si Payment Terms

1. Free first partial calendar month

After the first publication of a listing, the remaining part of the current calendar month is free of charge.

The first paid billing period begins on the first day of the following calendar month.

Example: if a listing is first published on 20 August, the period from 20 to 31 August is free, and the first paid period begins on 1 September.

The free first partial month is not carried over into the following month and is not calculated proportionally according to the number of remaining days.

1.1 The first listing of an eligible private publisher is free for its entire publication period. No monthly DomNeed listing fee is charged for that first listing. The second and all subsequent listings of the same private publisher are charged under the ordinary rules set out in these Payment Terms.

For the purpose of this clause, an eligible private publisher is a user publishing as a private individual (publisher role: private owner; account type: private). The benefit does not apply to real-estate agencies, companies, sole traders (s.p.), limited liability companies (d.o.o.), business publishers, professional agents or investor/developer publishers.

2. Promotional price for the first 100 listings

For the first 100 listings that qualify for the DomNeed.si promotional offer, the special price is: €1 for one active listing per calendar month through and including 31 December 2026.

Promotional places are limited to the first 100 qualifying listings.

Eligibility for a promotional place is determined and recorded in the DomNeed.si system.

A listing that validly obtains a promotional place retains that eligibility until the end of the promotional period, unless otherwise provided by these Terms or applicable rules.

3. Price for listings outside the first 100 promotional places in 2026

If a listing does not obtain one of the first 100 promotional places in 2026, the standard price is: €5 for one active listing per calendar month.

This price applies as soon as the listing becomes billable after the free first partial calendar month.

4. Price from 1 January 2027

From 1 January 2027, the standard price is: €5 for one active listing per calendar month.

This price applies to all listings, including listings that benefited from the €1 promotional price through 31 December 2026.

The €1 promotional price automatically ceases to apply after 31 December 2026.

5. Full calendar month and no daily proration

Payment is charged for a full calendar month.

If, under the applicable billing system, a listing is published or otherwise billable for any part of a paid calendar month, the full applicable monthly price is charged.

There is no daily proration.

If the listing is later hidden, paused, deactivated or removed during the same paid calendar month, this does not by itself cancel the monthly payment obligation that has already arisen.

The exception is the first free partial calendar month described in Section 1 of these Terms.

For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection law prevails: where any provision of these Terms conflicts with it, consumer rights take precedence, including the statutory right of withdrawal and the consequences of requesting immediate start of the service.

6. Publication during any part of the month

For billing purposes, DomNeed may take into account whether a listing was published during any part of the relevant calendar month.

DomNeed may maintain a record of publication, unpublication, hiding or other listing-status events for this purpose.

Such records may be used as evidence when determining whether a listing was published and billable during the relevant period.

7. Payment

The user makes payment manually by the deadline displayed in the DomNeed.si billing section.

Payment is not automatically charged to the user's payment card.

The user initiates each payment individually using an available payment method.

DomNeed may temporarily hide or restrict listings if payment is not made by the deadline specified by the billing system.

8. Payment provider SumUp

Payments are processed by the independent third-party payment service provider SumUp.

DomNeed:

• does not receive the full payment-card number;
• does not store payment-card data;
• does not maintain its own database of credit or debit cards;
• does not directly process card data.

Payment details are entered and processed within the SumUp payment environment.

DomNeed may receive from SumUp technical information necessary to confirm the payment, such as transaction status, amount, date and payment identifier.

9. VAT

Displayed prices reflect the applicable tax status of the DomNeed operator and applicable law.

If the DomNeed operator is not required to charge VAT at the time of billing, no additional VAT is added to the displayed price.

If the applicable tax status or law changes and VAT becomes chargeable, displayed prices and tax information may be updated accordingly.

10. Payment deadline and non-payment

The user must make payment by the deadline displayed in their billing section.

If payment is not received on time, DomNeed may, in accordance with the applicable billing system:

• temporarily hide the relevant listing;
• restrict its public display;
• restrict other paid functionality connected with the listing.

A subsequent successful payment may restore functionality that was restricted solely because of non-payment, provided that no other grounds for restriction exist.

11. Hiding, rejecting or removing a listing because of a violation

If a listing is hidden, rejected, suspended or removed because of a violation of:

• the Listing Rules;
• the Terms of Use;
• applicable law;
• requirements concerning the accuracy of information;
• other DomNeed content or security rules,

this does not by itself create a right to a refund of amounts already paid for the relevant billing period.

The user is responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the content they publish.

12. Refunds

Payments for a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable.

DomNeed may, at its reasonable discretion, grant a full or partial refund where the service was not properly provided because of a confirmed DomNeed error or a technical error of the platform.

This may include, for example:

• an incorrectly charged amount;
• a confirmed DomNeed technical failure that made the listing unavailable for a substantial part of the period;
• a situation in which, because of a confirmed DomNeed or developer error, the listing continued to be treated as billable even though it should have been deactivated in time;
• another confirmed DomNeed error that resulted in an improper charge.

The existence and amount of any refund are determined according to the circumstances of the individual case.

This provision does not limit any mandatory rights of a user or consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Payment documents and invoices

Documents related to payment may be sent to the email address specified in the user's DomNeed account.

The user is responsible for keeping their email address current.

If DomNeed is required under applicable accounting or tax rules to issue an invoice or another mandatory document, that document will be provided in the required form.

A SumUp payment confirmation is not necessarily a DomNeed accounting invoice.

14. Acceptance of the Payment Terms before every new publication

Before every new listing is published, the user must review:

• the applicable price;
• the billing period;
• any promotional eligibility;
• other material pricing information;
• these Payment Terms.

To complete publication, the user must expressly confirm acceptance of the Payment Terms using the required checkbox.

Without this confirmation, the new listing cannot be published.

Acceptance of the Payment Terms for a previous listing does not count as acceptance for a new publication.

15. Record of acceptance

For each publication, DomNeed may retain evidence of acceptance of the Payment Terms, including:

• user identifier;
• listing identifier;
• Payment Terms version;
• date and time of acceptance;
• language;
• source of acceptance;
• applicable pricing rule or pricing snapshot.

Such records may be retained for the purposes of proving the contractual relationship, billing, security and compliance with legal obligations.

16. Changes to prices

DomNeed may change the standard price of its services in the future.

A new price applies from the date determined by DomNeed and must be shown to the user before a new payment obligation arises.

For the first 100 qualifying promotional listings, the price is €1 per month through 31 December 2026.

For other listings in 2026, the standard price is €5 per month.

From 1 January 2027, the price is €5 per month for all listings, unless DomNeed publishes a different applicable standard price beforehand in accordance with the applicable rules.

17. Changes to these Payment Terms

DomNeed may update these Payment Terms because of:

• changes in prices;
• changes to the billing system;
• changes to the payment provider;
• changes in tax requirements;
• changes in applicable law;
• development of platform functionality;
• security or technical reasons.

The current version is published on DomNeed.si.

If the Payment Terms materially change, the user must accept the new applicable version before the next new listing publication.
